this is somewhat embarrassing but at this point, totally necessary. it would mean a lot if you would read this and help out in any way you are able!

lately i have been having an extremely hard time financially. i am currently living in new york with no source of income to speak of and it is, quite frankly, very stressful. i have no work experience so even finding a job as a waitress is pretty much impossible right now. i have been submitting my writing to literary magazines but haven’t had much (read: any) luck with them at all. all of my options (staying here, going home, even entertaining the idea of going back to college) require some $$$ and i need something to hold me over until i can find an actual job. 

so i am taking writing commissions! i understand fully that this is not quite the same as being paid to draw something for someone, but if you are interested then please let me know and check out the guidelines. the rates will generally work like this:

1. one poem (handwritten, typed, or sent electronically) for $5 
2. one short story for $5 (typed) or $7 (handwritten) [something around this length and longer.]
3. longer, more in depth pieces for $10 (typed) or $12 (handwritten) [honestly, there is a lot of wiggle room here. i won’t be charging anyone ten bucks unless their request is really intense. don’t worry.] 
4. if you can’t afford anything but would like to help, i will write you something short and sweet in exchange for a bit of promotion. reblog, tell your friends, whatever!
5. there is always room for compromise. i promise i am super nice. 

that’s basically it. it would be a great help to me if you would please consider my offer! here are some things i have written. some of those are fanfictions but they still speak for my writing style.

Okay well first you’re a fucking ass to me. Then you tell me you don’t want to be with me for a while, that you need your space. Then you tell me you’re going to make a big fucking point of not seeing me every day. Then you get mad at me for going to your house and not WARNING YOU, even though I was hanging out with your SISTER not YOU. Then you hold me hand, stroke my cheek, get close to me, kiss me, etc etc. And then you stand me up nasty style.
